FormaPure XL Total

Beckman Coulter/Agencourt FormaPure XL Total is a paramagnetic bead based FFPE extraction system. It utilises solid phase reversible immobilisation (SPRI) technology to extract both RNA and DNA from FFPE tissues. The system can be run manually or it can be automated with no impact on product quality. FormaPure XL Total provides researchers with adaptable, scalable solutions and consistent results while yielding higher integrity nucleic acids to support next-generation sequencing (NGS) applications.
