FormaPure XL DNA

Beckman Coulter/Agencourt FormaPure XL DNA is a paramagnetic bead based FFPE extraction system. It utilises solid phase reversible immobilisation (SPRI) technology to extract DNA from FFPE tissues. FFPE samples are becominng an essential part of many next-generation sequencing (NGS) sample prep workflows, specifically in cancer research. High quality extraction protocols focused on yield and purity are critical to achieving reliable results.

The FormaPure XL DNA system can be run manually or it can be automated with no impact on product quality. It is one of 3 reagent kits in the FormaPure XL family along with FormaPure XL RNA and FormaPure XL Total.
