LABPLAN’s range of CarePlan service agreements are designed to offer you maximum choice when choosing a tailor made service contract for your laboratory instrumentation. Contracts vary from simple single visit servicing to 12 month parts and labour cover with operational qualification (OQ) using NIST traceable standards.

Labplan Customer Support

Full OQ services are offered on all systems provided by LABPLAN, including Artel photometric calibration of automated liquid handlers, and multi-parametric calibration of capillary electrophoresis systems and centrifuges. LABPLAN engineers receive ongoing service training from our instrumentation manufacturers and are certified to provide you with the best on-site support.

On-Call assignments are handled by LABPLAN staff in real time. Simply provide your System Serial Number or CarePlan contract number and your call will be transferred to a specialist who will have access to the technical support details you require. Most on-call assignments can be resolved successfully on a same day basis. For more complex issues or physical faults, your call will be logged and sent to a LABPLAN engineer for action.

On-Line support is provided as a standard element of daily business through electronic document formats (MSDS’s, Tech Data Sheets, Catalogues, Product Information, Calculations) as well as email support through

On-Site service, whether schedule PM, schedule OQ or a call-out is provided by a factory trained engineer.
