Coming in 2021, SuperNova 428 fluorochrome from Beckman Coulter is the first of a new generation of polymer dyes being released by Beckman Coulter. SuperNova 428 features improved staining index compared to the BV421 and equivalent brightness when compared to PE. It is manufactured in a cGMP environment and is available as a single colour solution or as part of a dried down Duraclone antibody cocktail solution.
