Beckman Coulter/Agencourt CleanSEQ is a paramagnetic bead based system that performs sanger dye terminator removal. It utilises solid phase reversible immobilisation (SPRI) technology. This simple and automation friendly system produces sequences with longer Phred 20 read lengths and higher signal intensities. It can reduce the dilutions of BigDye required down to a 1/32 in some samples making it a cost neutral or saving product.
Now with a shelf life of 18 months, CleanSEQ is available in 8ml (A29151), 50ml (A29154) and 500ml (A29161) bottle sizes.
