Premex magnetic stirrers provide leak-tight torque transfer for reactors and pressure vessels used under vacuum, low-pressure and high-pressure conditions. By replacing conventional dynamic shaft seals, they reduce leakage risk, minimise contamination and provide reliable stirring for demanding laboratory, pilot and industrial applications.
Premex offers magnetic stirrer solutions for glass reactors, metal autoclaves and custom reactor systems, with conical, threaded and flanged connection options available to suit different vessel designs.

Conical magnetic stirrers
For use with ground glass joints (19/26, 29/32, 45/50), the conical magnetic stirrers are suitable for ambient pressure to full vacuum and can be supplied with an integrated micro motor or air drive motor for ATEX applications. They have a torque range of 20 to 90 Ncm and operating temperature of up to 240 °C.
Threaded magnetic stirrers
Suitable for high pressure applications up to 250 bar, the threaded magnetic stirrers have a torque range of 20 to 90 Ncm and operating temperature of up to 300 °C. Available as standalone or with an integrated motor (micro drive, AC, and air drive) for ATEX applications.

Magnetic stirrers with flange
The low-pressure magnetic stirrers are for use with glass flanges and have a torque range of 20 to 90 Ncm and operating temperature of up to 300 °C.
The high-pressure magnetic stirrers are for use with metal flanges. Supplied with a built-in motor, they have a torque range of up to 800 Ncm and operating temperature of up to 300 °C.
