Beckman Coulter/Agencourt SPRI Select paramagnetic beads are a size selection system that utilise solid phase reversible immobilisation (SPRI) technology. These beads are recommended by Beckman Coulter over Ampure XP for this application in NGS library prep. This simple and automation friendly system delivers superior quality DNA at the size required based on bead ratio used without salt carryover that could affect downstream processes.
With a shelf life of 18 months, SPRI Select is available in 5ml (B23317), 60ml (B23318) and 450ml (B23319) bottle sizes.
