Simply provide your System Serial Number or CarePlan contract number and your call will be transferred to a specialist who will have access to the technical support details you require. Most on-call assignments can be resolved successfully on a same day basis. For more complex issues or physical faults, your call will be logged and sent to a LABPLAN engineer for action.
